The spin instructors at Core Fitness guide you through indoor cycling workouts that are safe and effective. When working at your maximum exertion level, a spinning routine can let you burn as much as 500 calories in a sitting. We’re here to make it fun.

Spinning bikes allow you to change the resistance on a flywheel attached to the pedals, letting you choose your own limits. Spinning in the group exercise format can help you to feel inspired no matter what your level. You’ll never get left behind by the team, and the instructor is always there with plenty of expert advice to keep you operating to the best of your ability.
