One of our most popular classes is our spin class. Not sure what a spin class is? Spin class, also known as Spinning, is an indoor cycling fitness program that consists of varying cycling speeds and tempos that put your body through an intense workout. Our spin classes are held in a private studio where we create an energizing mood with music and lighting to get you in the zone! Our Spinning program is led by certified instructors who will keep you going and encourage you along the way!

Did you know that in one of our classes, you will burn on average 500 calories, but the calorie burning doesn’t stop once the class is over. Improve Cardiovascular Health
Spinning can be performed as an anaerobic exercise, pulling energy from reserves and building up muscular endurance over an extended period of time. When we train anaerobically, we are forcing our heart and lunges to work harder. As a result, we aren’t only training our muscles, but improving our lunges and hearts, too.

Low Impact Workout
Is the treadmill or elliptical bothering your knees or feet? If you’re like many people who suffer from pain while running, Spinning may be for you. Spinning keeps the pressure off your knees and feet. You are able to work out with intensity without hurting your knees and feet.
